At our Wyomissing facility, our certified adaptive fitness trainers specialize in creating personalized fitness plans for individuals with physical disabilities to reach their full potential. Whether you’re new to fitness, recovering from injury, or looking to build strength and mobility in a supportive environment, we’re here to meet you where you are, and help you move forward.
Training Details
Training sessions are $55 per hour. While we are currently unable to accept insurance, financial assistance options will be available soon for those who qualify.

Meet Our Adaptive & Inclusive Trainers
Personalized Training for All Abilities and Goals
Lindsay Fritz, COTA/L, NASM-CPT
Lindsay is a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) and Certified Personal Trainer. She has a heart and passion for our adaptive community. Lindsay began working as a Vocational Specialist for Easter Seals before completing her Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Penn State Berks. She has experience working in various settings as a COTA/L including acute care and rehab centers, the school system, outpatient pediatrics, and fitness facilities.
Lindsay enjoys working with various ages and abilities, but has a sweet spot in her heart for pediatrics. She believes the impact we make on children at a young age, stays with them for a lifetime and builds their confidence for years to come.
Johanna Rice, BA (Kin), MOT, AIT
Johanna (Jo) believes empowerment and commitment are key building blocks in achieving increased strength, fitness, endurance, and mobility. Jo earned her Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT) certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Center of Health, Physical Activity, and Disability (NCHPAD). Jo also completed the requirements for the Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT) certification through the Adaptive Training Academy (ATA). She holds a BA degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Alvernia University.
Jo has a depth of experience in creating and carrying out safe and effective individualized training programs for individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions to ultimately help them achieve their goals and increase their overall quality of life.
